Different color uses different ingredients and ganache inside. Also takes extra time to make different color shells. So please note that tri color tower costs a little more than single color tower.

NOTE: We used natural ingredients to color our macarons.
We do not use food gels unless specifically asked color for shells. These are the most popular/basic color that I provide. Other colors can be ordered by messaging.
These are SHELLS and has certain powders in but does not effect flavor too much. For example, beet powder is sweet and matcha powder has a slight bitter tea flavor to it but it is not going to have a strong flavor, ganache will be more strong.
So if you want a specific flavor, focus more on the inside.
Buttercream options are also available but we Recommend you to try our ganache because they go best with these macarons!!!!
